In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, we will do our best to reschedule your lesson based on your availability and ours. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund for any remaining lessons. Lessons are canceled only when the wind is too strong, too weak, or in case of storms. Lessons and rentals take place even in the rain.

 

Additionally, we reserve a specific time slot just for you. An instructor will be present at your appointment, so no refund will be issued if you fail to show up after confirming your attendance the day before.

 

Please arrive on time for your reservation. Any delay will shorten your lesson accordingly, as we must respect the schedule of other participants. Lost time cannot be made up or refunded. Furthermore, no time credit or refund will be given if you cannot complete the full duration of your session.
